The Riders' Council

A standing advisory body of about 20 regular RTC riders that meets quarterly, helps write LVBT's positions, and testifies when willing.

Neighbors nominate a corner, a strip-mall site, or a dead block, and we facilitate a session that produces a 'what could go here' rendering and a brief written by the neighborhood.
